1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the pph365 platform, accessible at pph365.org and through the pph365 mobile application. The platform is operated for the entertainment of adult players based in the Philippines.

By creating a pph365 account, you enter into a legally binding agreement with pph365. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and pph365 regarding your use of the platform. In the event of a conflict, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

pph365 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified through their account or email. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pph365, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or be a Philippine resident accessing the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be self-excluded or have been previously banned from pph365 or affiliated platforms.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of pph365 or its affiliated entities.

By completing registration, you confirm that all of the above conditions apply to you. pph365 may request documentation at any time to verify eligibility. If eligibility requirements are found to be unmet, pph365 reserves the right to suspend or close the account and withhold any pending balances pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on pph365. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same or different identities – is prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration or KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.

pph365 implements OTP (one-time password) verification as part of the registration and login process to protect your account. You are responsible for maintaining access to the mobile number or email address associated with your pph365 account.

Identity verification may be required before withdrawals are processed or at any other time pph365 deems necessary. Acceptable identification includes valid Philippine government-issued ID. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in temporary account restrictions.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your pph365 account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.

All sessions on pph365 are secured with SSL encryption. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access pph365 is free from malware or unauthorized software that could compromise your account security.

If you suspect that your pph365 account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact support immediately through the live chat function available in your account. pph365 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have shared credentials or failed to secure your login details.

5. Deposits & Payments

All deposits at pph365 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, mobile banking, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on pph365.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or methods registered in your own name. pph365 reserves the right to refuse deposits from third-party accounts and may require proof of payment ownership before processing a deposit or withdrawal.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your pph365 account at the time of each transaction. pph365 does not charge deposit fees from its side, though your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges.

Your pph365 account balance is a single PHP wallet that covers all platform categories – live casino, sports betting, slots, eBingo, and poker. Funds are available for use across all sections once a deposit is confirmed.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from pph365 are processed back to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practices. Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. pph365 may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds in line with its compliance obligations.

pph365 will process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of your bank or e-wallet provider. Processing times and any applicable minimum withdrawal amounts are shown in the cashier section of your account.

pph365 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to suspected bonus abuse, fraud, or unverified identity.

7. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All bets placed on pph365 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your selection before confirming any bet or wager. pph365 will not reverse confirmed bets except in cases of obvious technical error at pph365's sole discretion.

Game outcomes on pph365 are determined by certified random number generators (for casino and slot games) or by the results of the actual sporting events and casino streams (for sports betting and live casino). pph365 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the case of a technical failure mid-game or mid-session, pph365 will attempt to settle any affected bets or games as fairly as possible based on the state of play at the time of the disruption. In some cases, affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

Sports bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body of each sport. In the event of a dispute about a result, pph365's decision – informed by official results – is final.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, pph365 may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback, or other incentive programmes to registered players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is active.

General rules that apply to all pph365 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Specific requirements are stated in the promotion terms.
• pph365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion or bonus at its discretion, with notice provided where reasonably possible.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses – including opening multiple accounts, using automated betting patterns, or exploiting loopholes – will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and may result in account suspension.

pph365 does not guarantee specific bonus amounts, percentages, or wagering terms outside of what is stated in active promotion materials. If no specific promotion is currently active, no bonus terms are implied.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pph365 and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation:

• Opening or attempting to open more than one pph365 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with pph365.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in pph365 software. If you encounter a technical error that results in an unexpected credit or advantage, you must report it immediately and must not exploit it.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials on pph365.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other game on pph365.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Using pph365 while self-excluded, banned, or under a temporary suspension.
• Accessing pph365 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.

pph365 reserves the right to recover any funds obtained through prohibited conduct and to pursue appropriate legal remedies where warranted.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

pph365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reason to believe that these Terms have been breached, where account security is at risk, or where required to do so for compliance or legal reasons.

You may close your own pph365 account at any time by contacting customer support through the live chat function. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of account closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures.

Where an account is closed by pph365 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, pph365 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where applicable, to forfeit bonuses or winnings derived from prohibited conduct.

11. Responsible Gaming

pph365 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended as entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits pph365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

13. Changes to These Terms

pph365 may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or through an in-platform notification. The updated version will always be available at pph365.org/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of pph365 following notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure.
